Hawthorne Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2019 with one purpose: give Hawthorne homeowners a sunroom contractor they could trust to get the details right. At the time, the South Bay had plenty of general contractors willing to enclose a patio, but very few who understood what building in this city actually involves - compact lots, LAX flight paths, HOA approval processes, and the intense California sun that can turn a poorly designed sunroom into a room no one uses.

From the neighborhoods near SpaceX on the west side of town to the streets closer to Inglewood on the east, we have worked on homes all across Hawthorne and the surrounding South Bay communities. Most of those homes were built between the 1940s and 1970s - smaller footprints, older foundations, and backyards that sit empty most of the day because they get too hot or too loud to enjoy.
