Hawthorne Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor serving Hawthorne, CA and surrounding South Bay communities. Our services include sunroom additions, four season sunrooms, three season sunrooms, patio enclosures, custom sunrooms, sunroom construction, sunroom remodeling, screen room installation, patio-to-sunroom conversions, deck-to-sunroom conversions, all season rooms, enclosed patio rooms, solarium installation, patio cover installation, sunroom design, and vinyl sunrooms.

All services are subject to a written contract executed between Hawthorne Sunrooms & Patios and the client prior to the start of any work. The website and its content are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer or agreement.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Hawthorne Sunrooms & Patios are based on information available at the time of the on-site visit and are subject to change if site conditions, scope, or material costs change before or during the project. An estimate is not a guaranteed final price.

A written contract will be provided before any work begins. The contract will specify the agreed scope of work, the project price, the payment schedule, and the estimated timeline.

Costs that arise from unforeseen conditions discovered after work begins - such as pre-existing structural damage, outdated electrical systems that must be upgraded to meet code, or utility conflicts - will be communicated to the client before additional work proceeds.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are estimated at the time of contract and may be affected by permit approval timelines, weather conditions, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate schedule changes as soon as we become aware of them.

Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposits or fees, are specified in the written contract signed before work begins. If no contract has been signed, no cancellation fee applies.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in the written project contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with additional payments at defined project milestones, and a final payment upon project completion.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges or may result in a pause in work until the outstanding balance is resolved. Accepted payment methods will be specified in the contract.

Clients have the right to withhold a final payment only for legitimate, documented deficiencies in the completed work, which must be communicated in writing within 5 business days of project completion.

6. Permits and Compliance

Hawthorne Sunrooms & Patios is responsible for obtaining all required building permits and coordinating inspections unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client is responsible for disclosing any known HOA rules, deed restrictions, easements, or other encumbrances that could affect the project.

All work is performed in compliance with applicable building codes in Hawthorne, CA. The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property during normal working hours for the duration of the project.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

Hawthorne Sunrooms & Patios warrants its workmanship for a period specified in the written project contract. This warranty covers defects in our labor and installation work.

Materials and products installed as part of a project may carry their own manufacturer warranties, which are separate from and in addition to any workmanship warranty we provide. We will make reasonable efforts to provide manufacturer warranty documentation upon project completion.

This website and all content on it are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. 8. Limitation of Liability
